----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]---- an alternative to having to obtain a press to properly squeeze the 5/16ths rivets is to do what i did and replace the rivets with hi-lok lockbolts.They are an interferance fit availible in oversizes if necessary, just ream the hole to the proper size and they are just as tight a fit as a rivet.The aluminum alloy hi-lok's which is an hl22 also has a shear tensil strength rating 15,000 psi more than a standard AD rivet. The hi-lok's that I used where hl2210-11,-13, and -14's for the front spar wing attach fittings on the center section
