Greg:

Ya just gotta be "cool" in the Coupe.

There is a right way and a wrong way to show up at a non familiar airport
in a Coupe.

You don't climb out of an Ercoupe with a pair of Gucci's with tassels, and
200 dollar Blue Shadow
sunglasses, with a pair of Dockers Lights sans-a-belts, and a shirt with a
button down collar. An
Ercoupe requires scuffed Jodhpur boots, Stone washed Levi's, an old
sweatshirt covered by a leather G-2
jacket, and plastic lensed aviator suns.
Then you use your only handkerchief to clean the dipstick, and clean the
windshield. you walk over to
the FBO and look over a year old copy of trade a plane that has a picture
of a Coupe for sale that's in
worse shape than yours, for $29,000.00. You lay down the Trade a Plane,(
leaving it folded back to that
particular page) Drink a warm coke out of the machine that's outside. All
this before asking where the
rest room is!

Now that's "cool."
