----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]---- Molding them out of plastic would likely be pretty expensive, due to the cost of tooling. There are "prototype" shops capable of molding in low quantities, using "hand" molds, but even they are not cheap. (Unless there is a couper out there, with the machining and molding capabilities, willing to do it). I have a line on a prototype shop that might be able to do it, if anyone is interested in taking on the cost. Does anyone know if there is a blueprint of the part available? If not, I'd be willing to measure one up and create a CAD drawing, but I'd need a part measure. Mike Dean
-----Original Message----- John; We are working on making a few control wheel center covers out of fiberglass. It is a long tedious process, but they look pretty decent when finished. I recommend finding someone who can mold them in plastic. But if all else fails, let me know. We most likely can make up a couple extra sets.
