The problem is that when someone steps on the wing walk that wing looses lift. The airplane rolls and becomes uncontrollable. If you want to prove this to yourself, stick you hand out the window, while in flight. Place your hand on the wing root area. The coupe will loose a lot of lift. Now think of a person standing there. The wing will loose most of it's lift and make a hard fall. The jumper will live, if the chute opens and the pilot will die. So, if you are going to do this at least be smart enough to be the jumper.
