Hi Don,
I'd suggest you try some local stores that sell trophies. Sometimes they
also make name tags for store
employees etc. I've had some made like that before, about 1/8" thick and
made in a three layer ply with
white in the center and a variety of colors on the outside such as red,
blue, black, etc.
They route down through the first layer so that the white is exposed
for the contrast making it very
easy to read.
Also, you might try some jewelry stores that do engraving.
