If you suspect that you are no longer getting email from coupers, it is possible that you are not. Topica will turn your account off it it gets multiple errors trying to send email to you. This can occure for a variety of reasons, mostly due to your email provider. If you think that this is happening, you can go to http://www.topica.com/my and examine your account via the web page. You can re-enable yourself right here, and best of all, you don't need to send me an email about it!
