Hey there Pete,I have a 35 amp generator in my coupe it handles 2 100watt landing lites and every other electronic I have.Older radios drawa lot of current. A larger gen may be to your advantage.I like it.If your reg is set up right it should kick at about 1200 RPM .But a larger generator could solve your problem.See what the rst of the group says too.
