This would be a good one for Lynn to field. Our (he built, I adopted)
N99387 is 'dialed in' to the point where, in level flight at full throttle
it just 'nicks' red-line. No more no less. The plane is a strong climber,
and cruises right up with the best of them. Some are a couple MPH
faster, most are substantially slower.

I'll try and remember to do a full-power run-up when I fly this
afternoon, to refresh my memory, and post the results.
