Trailering the Ercoupe is fairly easy, Min 8ft wide x 10 or 12ft long. I used a flat tilt deck with 1200lb axel. tied aircraft cross ways between main gear legs in a X to keep tires on the deck, plus I used a few web type straps for back and forth action <stops and starts> It may be good to bring some planks 8 to 10 in wide 8ft long. Note the tail will hit the ground when loading the nose wheel onto trailer. Three big guys or gals can do this pretty easy. once on the trailer tie off the prop so it wont free wheel and tie off control wheel in cockpit . as far as the wings go I had a lumber rack on the truck both fit well. The Old blankets I brought came it handy also. The hardest part was trying to drive at 60 and change lanes, every time there would be someone right next to me checking out the Ercoupe , 300 miles all went well Good luck Joe W __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
