I had a very similar condition on 99621 on initial flights last spring.
When she wouldn't break ground till an indicated 80-85 mph showed up, I
couldn't believe the reading was accurate. I should have been clued in
when
standing still the airspeed was reading 30-35 mph.
I pulled the airspeed indicator, had it recalibrated.  now only difference
between ASI & GPS is winds aloft-----
