Hello Coupers,I had a nice last weekend at a pancake breakfest at Poplar Grove Airport .Good turn out,lotsa planes food galour.I was getting in my coupe (which really resembles Bill Coons' coupe.)when a nice guy came by and asked me where good Ole Bill was ,thinkin I was getting in his plane .I told him Bill mite show up later.Any how he told me his name was Alan Wieke Fred's nephew. A really nice guy we talked a bit and he wanted to set up some time when he could go for a ride so I'll call him soon to set it up.What a neat thing eh? Next morning Bill called to say Alan called him to say he met me and my Coupe. Small world eh? Ya know what else I'm hearing alot lately when at a flyin "I had a coupe years ago wish I still had it they Are Fun.I am sure that we have a great little plane and also I feel that the prices on them should come to where they really should be.Where can you get a certified airplane at these Bargain basement prices. Come on guys these Gems are worth more think hard if you are selling.There are junk planes of all types but these when in GOOD shape should command better prices.Sorry to those of you wanting to buy but the market should go where it should be.Look what a cub is going for.Or a Pa 12.OFF MY Soapbox.
