I received this message about a coupe-on-a-stick in Houston. I suspect that not much is salvagable but you never know. Some Houston couper might want to check it out. Hello, I was just surfing around for one of my fav' planes. Seeing your site reminded that just south of Houston, on highway 288, there is an ercoupe mounted on a pole. I don't know how much is left on it, but it will likely be removed (if it hasn't already been) because the developers are setting up to build one of those giant sub divisions near by... I don't know how many Ercoupes were made, but I do know that they are very scarce, and I have loved them since I saw my first one in '89 in Oklahoma. I don't have the resources to save this plane from its fate, but maybe you know some one who would be interested. I enjoyed your site very much. Thank you, Richard. ================================================================== TO UNSUBSCRIBE go to: http://ercoupers.com/lists.htm
