HI Patrick; Yes, the universals are expensive. I do have some extra, if someone needs any, let me know. The reamer is a Brown & Sharpe #1 taper pin reamer. It is available from Aircraft Spruce and was on page 477 of last years catalog, priced at $37.75. The taper pins, and special washers are available from Skyport and Univair.
