Dave; The Cessna seats are installed using a one time 337. They require significant modification to your Coupe, so I would not consider putting them in unless you obtain approval from your local FAA Maintenance representative prior to starting the change. The seats also are about 3 inches higher than the Coupe original seats, so the amount of head room is reduced. If you are over 5' 10" you may find the headroom is inadequate.
