Actually, after re reading Dave's statements, the only folks who should be ticked off are those that are doing illegal maintenance or supporting it and are either afraid or about to be caught at it. He only spoke the truth, guess that gets under some folks skin. That is the only reason I can see for such a "Pissing" contest such as this one. As stated before by others as well as myself, when it comes time for a "Real" mechanic, ( Read not a Monkey with a wrench), to inspect that plane who will they look at ? And as for the comment that was sent to me off list, No, I am not a FAA "Plant" on the list, neither is Mr. Partain I believe. However, Who can say that there are not FAA inspectors reading the list ? I do know that there are a couple on another list I belong to so who is to say that they could not own Coupe's as well and be part of the list ? With the hundreds of people on the list and only 25 or so posting it is possible. ( Boys you know my name, come check the shop or my work anytime, coffees always on). Jimi I wouldent let him work on my plane , As soon to let ben Laden . would feel as safe .Cant beleive a man saying the things he did .From now on I will do all the work on .my plane, on my place . To hell with what he says .We have real good people on this list .Dont need his crap .
