And, in case it wasn't apparent, this proposed packaging of extra RPMs only 
applies only to f18 and f19/rawhide. (And eventually in my fedorapeople.org 
repo for f16, f17, el5, and el6.)

If we're lucky, maybe we'd be able to drop the extra RPMs by the time f18 
ships, and very probably, if not definitely, by the time f19 ships.
