Hello, I have encountered a very inconvenient situation recently and would
be thankful if someone could help me (hopefully I am in the right area for
this).

In late August a very close family friend of mine died in a car crash. He
was in possession of the gmail account that his little brother used for his
xbox live account. Unfortunately we have no idea what he set the password
after he changed it to (because someone hacking it) and he needs to log
onto the account in order to verify something. We have tried to reset the
password but it was set up to send a message to his phone and we lost that
in the crash. I was wondering if we could somehow skip this process and
try going to security questions. I have already tried but i can't find a
way. If anyone could think of a way to bypass that part of the password
reset it would make my day.

Thank you in advance.
