The file name of an attached file is the one it had when it was attached to the message to be sent. If you attached a file "myfile.txt" to an email, or to several emails, that is the name it (or they) will have. The name sticks with the message to which it is attached. Gmail doesn't change it.
If you want them to have different names, then attach them (upload them) with different filenames.
