I you've logged into your personal e-mail from a corporate computer or network, they absolutely could have captured your password and login. It wouldn't be very ethical, and possibly illegal, for them to then directly access your account without your knowledge or permission, but it would have been possible for them.
If you've never accessed it from a work computer, or network, then it is unlikely they got your information or access to your account. If you did access it, however, there is probably verbiage in your use agreement that you signed which permits them to capture that information.
