This seems ridiculous, but it's as if gmail designers believe we can 
memorise several paragraphs from recipients, and then type our response. Am 
I the only one that opens up notepad, places it over the gmail web browser 
window, and then starts typing a response? CTRL A, C and then pasting it 
into the drafting window.

I do wonder if anyone at google, actually uses gmail to communicate with?
