Can anyone help me with something.

I have 2 gmail accounts and a yahoo account. I use the 2 gmail accounts for
different professional purposes (my "day job" and my "hobby job") while my
yahoo account is mainly my personal email that ends up being used for a bit
of everything. The yahoo and my other gmail use my real name.

Recently I have noticed that when gmail users send an email to my yahoo
account, the name is displayed as "Mahina Dancer" (not my real name) and
some friends are complaining that they cannot find me in their contact
lists using my real name anymore. I have not associated the "Mahina Dancer"
name with my yahoo account. The gmail users have not changed my contact
name in their address books. Somehow, google seems to have linked my yahoo
account to my Mahina Dancer google account and decided to rename me in the
contact lists of anyone who emails me with gmail. Except I can find no
evidence of this in my own google accounts.

How?
Why?
and how do I stop it?

If I was being paranoid I would start to think that it is a sneaky way for
Google to try and push the other email services off the market....
