I guess I was late in getting the "new compose" window everyone's been complaining about. Today I noticed that I can no longer compose an email in full screen mode. The choices are the little 1/4 or 1/5 screen at lower right, or (after choosing to maximize the compose screen) there's a centered compose window which is about 1/2 to 2/3 of the size of the former compose window. What was wrong with allowing us to use the larger compose window?? Another new "feature" which is very annoying is that I can no longer resize images which I insert into an email, as I was able to do just yesterday. I guess we get just one size of inserted image, and that's all. Which genius decided that this is any sort of improvement? Sorry to be grumpy. I know we're all stuck with this, and the only option is to leave Gmail. I just hate to see an excellent email client deteriorate for no good reason - or for no reason at all. Bill Hansen Ithaca NY
