Incoming messages from one of my contacts whose email address is listed in my contacts always goes to spam. Several times I have highlighted the message and marked this as report not spam but to no avail. The particular email account is with xalt.co.uk. How can I instruct my pc to send these straight to my inbox? Is there some jinx with xalt.co.uk as I do not have this problem with any of my other contacts?
