I don't believe Google cares if you create multiple Gmail accounts. But why create more than one? With plus addressing you could create one account, e.g., [email protected], and then advertise [email protected] [email protected] as addresses to use for those purposes. All email would go to the one account to simplify logging in to check them all. You could also create filters to label the emails that are addressed to the other plus addresses.
