E-mail doesn't 'magically' find its way to a different account.  Either
they sent it to your personal account's address, or your business account
forwards it to the personal account (or the personal account "fetches" it
from your business account), or perhaps your clients sent their email to
some sort of email 'reflector' that routes it to your personal account.

Why not check the message headers to see how they addressed their email,
and how the message got to you?
