Not spam.
But could be a result of spam. If someone is using your email address for
sending out spam to thousands of people, and some of them bounce, the
bounce messages could go back to your address. However, it's likely those
messages are for a different reason.
"Delivery Status Notification (Delay)" doesn't indicate a failure. Just a
delay.
