My reference to that page was for a different problem/solution than the one you highlighted, so you've hijacked this thread from it's original problem to one of your own. That's rude and not a good way to get help on your problem.
Also, you didn't seem to notice the title of this group is GMail USERS. A simple search shows that long time members have repeatedly stated that not one single Google Team member is present in this forum, just a bunch of users trying to help each other out. Sorry your problem eludes you, but the link you highlighted has been reported by other people to work for them, so perhaps your account issue was different from the one referenced. If you'd like to start a new thread with your actual problem and are willing to listen to people's suggestions, the users in this forum would be happy to try and help you.
