I send emails to a lot of people not in my contacy list. It has become quite the PTA to have to add the addys, send the email then look for them all and delete them. The error I get is "The email address ""XXXXXX.com"" is not recognized. Please fix it and try again." I can't fix it all I can do is add it to my contact list and I am da, tired of doing it. I have 3 emails sitting in my drafts box right now waiting to go out with well over 15-20 names on all of them that I do not want to have to add to my list. Does anyone know any way around this so I do not have to do this day after day?
