I'd suggest a filter that acts on mail received not from your selected list
skip the inbox and get a label like 'check authenticity '.

Or simply spam everything you don't like.  Not quite what you intend,  but
maybe quicker in the short term.

Then if you want to add a sender, you simply modify your filter.
