DKIM is a very useful tool for identifying whether or not a message was sent through an appropriate SMTP server for the domain the message claims to be from.
Instead of using the standard DKIM header to indicate the signature, Google uses their own special header called X-Google-DKIM-Signature that results in it not being recognized by a lot of software, so the benefits of DKIM are not there. Why does Google have to do crap like that? Seriously, why? Things like that are why I despise Google as a company, really despise them. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Gmail-Users" group.
