Read the bounce message to find the email address that is ​failing.  It
should be clearly shown, right after the line that says, "Delivery to the
following recipient failed permanently".

Find out why your messages are being sent to that address.  Someone
(perhaps you, perhaps they) may have something set up to auto-forward their
messages to that address.  Find out why, and turn it off.

There is your simple fix.

If the address that fails is also the one that successfully receives your
messages (unlikely), then ask them to contact their email administrators to
find out why their system is misbehaving.  An email account cannot both
receive and fail to receive a message at the same time.
