There you go, that is the answer. So, you need to find another way to contact this person. Either they left the company, or their email address changed, or you typed it incorrectly. If you have a phone number, try it. If you know someone else who knows him/her, ask them what happened to "enquires". Is it possible that "enquires" is not a person's name, but is a word that should be spelled "enquiries" or "inquiries" or something similar?
