I hope someone can help. I run some Google Groups, but don't use Gmail at all, so I was a bit flummoxed when a member complained that her group emails were going into her Promotional tab, rather than her Primary tab.
My instinct was to suggest that this was a something she needed to fix in her Gmail settings, but if other group members are having this problem too, and so not seeing their group emails (it seems a lot of Gmail users are not seeing emails they want to see), I'd like to fix it at my end if I can. Does anyone know if there is a way to configure a google group so that emails will go to the Gmail Primary tab?
