Typing in all caps <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_caps> is also
considered shouting and poor 'netiquette'. Similarly, overuse of question
or exclamation marks is pointless. One will do.
You are not likely to elicit any positive response when you do either of
the above.

Public forums are just that, public. What are you concerned about exactly?

As Zack says, you should probably be more concerned about your private
conversations on that quack... um, psychic's blog.
