I think you misunderstood why I posted the first URL...  Does that thread
explain the "ghost duplicates" bug?

The individual threads for bugs are available for discussion, and that's why
I want to provide their URLs in the file.  The file itself isn't for
discussion, although its contents should be discussed.  Instead of editing
it online, you have to download it, edit it in your favorite text editor,
and upload it to the same filename.

I know that's not a very usable or familiar interface, but until we get
project hosting it's all we have.  I think it works better than a thread for
all bugs because such a thread would get very cluttered, and a bug's info
couldn't be edited - only amended.
