Umm...  The link works fine for me.  The thread's title is "duplicate bug in
gmarks 0.9.7.3"

That sounds like a good idea for the bugs, especially considering that only
a file's uploader may delete it (something I found out after my last
message).  Can pastebin delete a message that was saved forever?

But I don't understand what you mean about files being buggy.
