2) I use this to accompany FirefoxPortable, so I have no history.
I'll make the change you mentioned, but I think it would be beneficial
to most of the users of the portable version to allow GMarks to get
the favicons from the internet.  I have no problem making the change
you suggested, but I think it should be documented somewhere or a
check box to allow for easier implementation.
