*I was getting pretty frustrated with Firefox not showing history, at all.*

I got info here.....

You need to:
Look for file:

DocumentsandSettings/USER-FOLDER/Application_Data/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/khyu4q0j.default/places.sqlite
*places.sqlite*

I renamed the file *places-old.sqlite*

*I restarted Firefox and the history came back!*
