I'm seeing the exact same unresponsiveness. I've installed Firefox 3.6 with GMarks on two computers. One was running Windows XP. The other was Windows 7 64-bit. Both had a noticeable lag when clicking on the GMarks Bookmark tab. Typically if I waited a few seconds, the menu would eventually come up. However, I often had to wait a few seconds every single time I went to pull up a bookmark. This bug is extremely annoying.
