Recently, the windows test system gets a lot of false failures related to the matlab interface, e.g., the use of fmincon. (the failed tests will pass if re-run by themselves)
I noticed this change seemed to occur with the recent migration to Matlab R2019a. Regardless, does anyone know how to fix this?
