Re-run of Master with (1) some test script and TC file updates, (2) Matlab
Java Heap memory increased.
Overall, the windows test results with the continuous thrust code updates look
very good. (One definite issue, two questions as described below).
Today, there are less false Matlab failures. Unknown if this is related to (2)
above.
The matlab failures we get now are mostly of the type:

The first argument 'channel' is not valid.'
Overall, the main issue I see are failure of Simulator_AsteroidOccultation.
The occultation time is not correct.
I also had a question on why tightening the accuracy tolerance for the Neptune
and Jupiter LVLH thruster finite burn tests made the results worse. (see
previous emails). If this is an issue, it may be pre-existing.
