Thanks Steve, Here are the screen shots for the error. This was after I move the files to my "documents" directory also. Any advice on where else to look to fix this? Thanks.

I am not familiar with that error message. Could it be related to write privileges to the C drive? Perhaps, you could install GMAT in your "documents" or other directory. When I try to run the GMAT application file after unzipping and putting the files onto the C drive I am getting an error message; "OTHER_POT_PATCH = C:\GMAT 2022\bin\..\data\gravity\other. I am using Windows 10 Pro. Not sure how to get around this.
