Hello, Some time ago I reported that I was working on a method to connect overlapping faces in OpenCASCADE models. At that time expected it to be two weeks of work. Unfortunately OpenCASCADE is not as capable as it appeared at that time, in fact I have yet to find a moderately complex function/class that actually works in all cases. So if anybody is interested in what I have so far I am willing to post it to the list, but I don't think it is ever going to be a robust solution.
