Hello Rich! Thanks this was exactly what I was looking for!!!
I'll play around with it, ideally i want to get multiple volumes out-of "blender -> stl -> merge in geo" and it would be amazing if I had access to all of the geometry nodes, triagles, lines etc. But overall this is a great start! -- With regards, Dima. 2009/6/11 Rich Bayless <[email protected]>: > Hello Dima, > > you can export a model from blender in stl format. gmsh can read stl files > directly. > > the attached files show a blender model, sample.blend, and the exported stl > model, sample.stl. > > you will need to use the sample.geo file to merge in the stl file. start > gmsh, open sample.geo. go to the mesh menu and you can refine and mesh the > stl model. > > Hope this helps, > > Cheers, Rich. > -------------- Original message from Dmitrijs Ledkovs > <[email protected]>: -------------- > > >> Hello! >> >> I'm still learning how to use Gmsh.
