Hi to everybody!
I need to mesh a 2D multiflapped wing section, and I have to import it
in OpenFOAM, so I need to extrude it in the spanwise direction with one
single cell, in order to do a 2D calculation.
I'm having problems in generating the boundary layer mesh, as the
extrude{surface{}} command do not works with lines (extrusion of lines
in normal direction), and seems that I cannot use extrude{surface{}} if
my domain is for example a square with an hole, like this:

| |_ | |
|__________|
(The hole pass run through the whole domain).
Anyone has an idea on how to mesh something like this?
