Hello, I want to run gmsh on our Red Hat desktop, but I get:
[germannp@bs-dw02 ~]$ ./gmsh-2.6.1-Linux/bin/gmsh ./gmsh-2.6.1-Linux/bin/gmsh: error while loading shared libraries: libz.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I did not find any package containing such a file using yum, but it looks like there is a compression library and a somewhat graphical package, called zlib and zlibrary [1]. Installing them did not help. Since fltk showed up in some google hits I installed this package as well -- but the error prevails ... Any ideas? Thanks a lot, Philipp Germann [1] http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=libz.so.1 _______________________________________________ gmsh mailing list [email protected] http://www.geuz.org/mailman/listinfo/gmsh
