In fact, to be more accurate, I would like to group elements by node
values and the procedure maybe corresponds more to recoarsing that
partitioning. But with recoarsening, I would not want to lose my initial
elements.

I thought that selecting nodal weight in the options for partitioning
would do the trick but partitioning does not seem to take into the
previous given values.
