Hi, I’m new to gmsh and I’ve been searching in previous questions for a while without finding a solution. I’m working on a thesis project at Politecnico di Milano, and I’ve faced some problems. I’ve imported to gmsh an .stl file containing an isosurface created with imagej and filtered with meshlab, in order to create a 3D tetrahedral mesh. The Surface is quite irregular, as it is realized starting from micr-CT of bovine bone, and the issue is to find the nodes belonging to the surface in order to be able to set boundary conditions in Abaqus (I’ve generated an.inp file from gmsh). Can anyone help me?
