It seems that .msh file coming from 6th order hexa grid is not correct.

The hexa description in the .msh file produced with the attached .geo file after 6th order grid generation contains duplicated nodes : 73, 74, 75, 76 98, 99 100, 101, 123, 124, 125, 126, 148, 149, 150, 151, 173, 174, 175 176, 198, 199, 200, 201
and some nodes lack :
89, 90 91, 92, 114, ...

Normally, the hexa description ought to contain the 343 first numbers in the increasing order and from 1 to 343.

The hexa .msh files produced with the same procedure from 1 to 5th order are ok.

The version I use is a bit old, perhaps the bug has been corrected since it.
