Hello everybody I would like to know if it is possible to extrude a prism layer normal to the surface of a 3D model that I've importet as a .stp file. I tried to use the extrude functions but with no results at all. I notice that if I import an .stl file with the same script I use for the .stp file I can create the prism layer ( the .stl file is created from the previous .stp file).
